This product is laser cut from your choice of 11 inch by 23 inch wood material which you get for FREE along with the script lettering cutout. This by-product of your script lettering can be used as an additional wall signage, or it can be filled with resin for a unique and personalized touch. Let your creativity run wild!

Script Lettering is 6 inches tall and depending on the letters (maximum 20), width of script will be a maximum length of 20 inches. Length may be less depending on letters used for your script.

Wood Materials
The materials for this laser cut script lettering are listed as choices. If you choose a plywood, it will have the listed wood type as a veneer on the top of the plywood. If you choose a solid wood, it will be a solid piece of that type of wood.

Plywood thickness with wood type veneer is 1/4 inch (approx 5mm).
Solid wood thickness is 3/16 inch (4.7mm)
Black acrylic thickness is 1.5mm and has an adhesive on the back for semi-permanent adhesion to wall (adhesive cannot be reused once stuck in place).

Note to buyer: Black acrylic adhesive can be left unused by not removing the protective film. If you do use the adhesive to affix to the wall, it will be a one-time use. Adhesive is not reusable.

Laser Cutting
We design your custom script letters on a graphic for use in the laser cutting software. When laser cutting, the laser will burn the edge of the wood with a crisp cut edge that is smooth and charred dark. It will be difficult to tell the difference between a plywood and solid wood material after cutting from the edge.

Cost Determinants
Laser run time to cut is 25 minutes at 100% power speed .04%. Typical cost for a commercial laser run on this piece would be about $32 (plus materials) due to electricity and machine dedication to produce the item. We use a commercial grade laser to cut and engrave but we discount this cost when possible.
