Standard Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-custom items, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us via the Contact Us form. Returns must be authorized in advance; you will receive a return authorization email with instructions and the return address.

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and clear instructions for returning your item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue promptly and arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Custom-Made Items

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order items are final sale and non-returnable unless defective, damaged, or materially different from the confirmed specifications.

  • Defects, damage, or errors attributable to our workmanship must be reported within 7 days of receipt, along with photographic evidence.
  • If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair, remake, or replace the item. If that is not feasible, a full refund will be issued.
  • Order cancellations for custom-made items are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Please ensure all customization details are correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for errors resulting from customer-provided information.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

    Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

    Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

    Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

    Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item is to complete the return process for the original item (if eligible) and place a new, separate order for the desired item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.
  • This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us for assistance.
