We cannot accept returns or refunds on engraved items unless we made an error. Our processing time is 4-7 business days depending on the season.

ENGRAVED ITEM RETURNS:
Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to seller error will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded. If the error is due to misinformation from the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible. A new item must be purchased if desired. All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
