This slate is perfect for a leaving a message to guests, family or friends and can even be used as a bedroom name plate.
Handcrafted real stone that's laser engravable, UV-LED printable, and chalk receptive for one-of-a-kind signs. These slate blanks feature a rough cut natural edge and sealed surface that provides a rich contrast for personalization.
Slate products have been lab tested and meet FDA requirements for food safety. Our slate products are food safe before decorating but due to various customer fabrication methods we cannot ensure food safety post processing.
NOTE: Slate is natural occurring substance and varies from edge to edge since the surface is defined by a natural cleft, having high and low points. Each slate item may be a little different based on this natural cleft.

Merchandise found to be incorrect or defective due to seller error will be replaced at no additional cost or refunded. Cleaning Instructions: Use a clean dry cotton rag sprayed moderately with 70% isopropyl alcohol.
ENGRAVED ITEM CAUTION:
Laser engraving on a product is a burning sublimation process and as a result leave behind a burned material. For this reason we recommend that engraved items don't be used in food preparation unless you seal the item with a food-grade epoxy or other permanent sealer to prevent food from coming in contact with the engraved portion.
