Wood Materials
The materials for this laser cut monogram are listed as choices. If you choose a plywood, it will have the listed wood type as a veneer on the top and bottom of the plywood. If you choose a solid wood, it will be a solid piece of that type of wood.

• Plywood thickness with wood type veneer is 1/4 inch (approx 5mm).
• Solid wood thickness is 3/16 inch (4.7mm)
• Black acrylic thickness is 1.5mm and has an adhesive on the back for semi-permanent adhesion to wall.  Note to buyer: Black acrylic adhesive can be left unused by not removing the protective film on the back. If you do use the adhesive to affix monogram to the wall, it will be a one-time use. Adhesive is not reusable.

Laser Cutting
We design your custom letters on a graphic for use in the laser cutting software. When laser cutting, the laser will burn the edge of the wood with a crisp cut edge that is smooth and charred dark. It will be difficult to tell the difference between a plywood and solid wood material after cutting from the edge.
